✨ Here’s what to expect from a session with me… ✨

These sessions are a gentle, intuitive process designed to help calm your nervous system, release what feels heavy, and bring your energy back into balance.

You’ll be welcomed into a calm, safe space where you can begin to relax and switch off from the outside world. We’ll start with guided breathwork and grounding, allowing both you and the space to be gently cleansed and prepared for the session.

Soft sound is used to open your energy field and chakras, helping your body settle and become more receptive. From there, I work intuitively with your energy field, using a combination of energy work and crystal placement to support the movement and realignment of your energy.

Crystals are placed on or around your body where needed, and you are invited to simply lie back and receive. You don’t need to do anything — your body will naturally respond in the way it needs to.

At the end of the session, gentle sound is used again to guide you back, followed by time to sit, reflect and integrate.

During your session, you may experience different sensations as your energy begins to shift. This can include emotions rising, tingling, warmth, small movements or a sense of release. All of this is completely normal and simply your body and energy responding. You will be supported and guided throughout.

After your session, you may feel calmer, lighter and more grounded, or sometimes a little tired, heavy or emotional. This is also normal, as your body processes and integrates the changes. You’ll be offered simple guidance on how to support this at home.

I offer two session options:

60 minute full session — allows time to work with the full energy field, exploring and realigning anything out of balance

30 minute reset — a shorter, condensed session focusing on any main disruptors

Sessions are available in person or remotely.

After your session you may feel lighter, calmer, more grounded, and more centred within yourself. Gentle aftercare guidance is provided to help you maintain the benefits at home.
