Shipping Within the UK Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available.
Shipping Method

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
All crystals and fragile items are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days.
Please note that delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, postal strikes, or severe weather.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
I cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing:

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items.
I will always do my best to resolve any issues quickly.
Lost Parcels
A parcel is considered “lost” only after 10 working days from the expected delivery date, in line with Royal Mail’s policy.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact me and I will raise a claim with Royal Mail.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey via the Royal Mail website.
