🌕 WOMEN’S FULL MOON CIRCLE 🌕

The Cold Moon • Winter Solstice • Monday 21st December

December can be beautiful.

It can also be a lot.

A month filled with celebration, expectations, memories, people, traditions, rushing around... and for many, emotions that aren't always quite so simple. ♥️

So before Christmas arrives, we're creating a little pocket of stillness amongst it all.

Our December Women’s Circle falls on the Winter Solstice, just days before December's Cold Moon, giving us a beautiful moment to gather at the darkest point of the year, pause and turn our attention inward before the light slowly begins to return. 🌕✨

For one evening, there is nowhere else you need to be.

Come inside. Get warm. Take a seat amongst other women and simply exhale.

✨ BE HEARD

Everyone will be invited to anonymously write down something they'd like to bring into the circle. A worry, fear, dilemma, question, or simply something that's been sitting heavily on your heart or mind.

Our anonymous notes will be gathered together and chosen at random to be read aloud, opening the circle for thoughts, perspectives, acknowledgement and gentle conversation.

Nobody needs to know which words belong to whom. It gives you the opportunity to have something truly heard, without ever having to identify it as yours. ♥️

🌕 LEAVING SOMETHING BEHIND

As one year begins to close and another waits just around the corner, we'll take some time to consider what we don't want to take with us.

Something from this year that hurt.

Something that exhausted you.

A belief you've outgrown.

A pressure you've placed upon yourself.

Or simply something you're ready to make peace with.

You'll be invited to put it onto paper before releasing it through our Full Moon fire ritual. 🔥✨

A small, intentional act of saying:

This doesn't need to come with me.

✨ A MOMENT FOR GRATITUDE

Before we leave, we'll turn towards what this year has given us.

Not forced positivity. Not pretending every part of the year was wonderful.

Simply noticing the people, moments, lessons, tiny joys and pieces of ourselves that we're grateful made the journey with us. ♥️

A chance to honour what has been... before making space for what comes next.

There is never any pressure to speak or share. You are just as welcome to sit quietly, listen and simply be part of the circle.

🌿 COME AS YOU ARE

No dressing up. No expectations. Comfort is encouraged. 🥰

We'll primarily sit together on the floor, with cushions provided, although you're very welcome to bring your own. Bring a blanket too if you'd like to get extra cosy. Chairs will always be available if floor sitting isn't comfortable or accessible for you.

We'll welcome you in with warm teas and light refreshments, and everything else you need for the evening will be provided. ☕✨
