During your session, Ameenoha works with Reiki alongside carefully selected crystals associated with the body's energy centres, known as chakras.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice, traditionally used to encourage a sense of calm, balance and inner peace. Combined with chakra crystals, it offers a wonderfully soothing opportunity to slow down, switch off from everyday pressures and simply enjoy some time for yourself.

Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply in need of a little nurturing, this relaxing experience provides a peaceful space to rest and unwind.

What to expect from a Reiki session?

A warm welcome and a chat. We begin with a relaxed conversation about where you are right now: how you’re feeling, what’s on your mind, and what you’d like from your time with me. There’s no pressure to share anything you don’t want to.

You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, while I offer Reiki using chakra crystals. Some people prefer a hands-off session, others like a little gentle hands-on contact, and some enjoy a mix of both. It’s entirely your choice, and you can change your mind at any point.

A gentle ease back in. Afterwards there’s no rush. We take time to come back slowly, with a cup of herbal tea and a few moments to settle before you head off.

The whole session lasts an hour. Many people describe feeling calm and deeply relaxed, though everyone’s experience is different, and there’s no right or wrong way to feel.
