Get warm. Take a seat amongst other women and simply exhale.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e✨ BE HEARD\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEveryone will be invited to anonymously write down something they'd like to bring into the circle. A worry, fear, dilemma, question, or simply something that's been sitting heavily on your heart or mind.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur anonymous notes will be gathered together and chosen at random to be read aloud, opening the circle for thoughts, perspectives, acknowledgement and gentle conversation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNobody needs to know which words belong to whom. It gives you the opportunity to have something truly heard, without ever having to identify it as yours. ♥️\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e🌕 LEAVING SOMETHING BEHIND\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs one year begins to close and another waits just around the corner, we'll take some time to consider what we don't want to take with us.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSomething from this year that hurt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSomething that exhausted you.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA belief you've outgrown.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA pressure you've placed upon yourself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOr simply something you're ready to make peace with.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou'll be invited to put it onto paper before releasing it through our Full Moon fire ritual. 🔥✨\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA small, intentional act of saying:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis doesn't need to come with me.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e✨ A MOMENT FOR GRATITUDE\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBefore we leave, we'll turn towards what this year has given us.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot forced positivity. Not pretending every part of the year was wonderful.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSimply noticing the people, moments, lessons, tiny joys and pieces of ourselves that we're grateful made the journey with us. ♥️\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA chance to honour what has been... before making space for what comes next.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is never any pressure to speak or share. You are just as welcome to sit quietly, listen and simply be part of the circle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e🌿 COME AS YOU ARE\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo dressing up. No expectations. Comfort is encouraged. 🥰\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe'll primarily sit together on the floor, with cushions provided, although you're very welcome to bring your own. Bring a blanket too if you'd like to get extra cosy.
